| Bill Burson is a CTA (Commodity Trading
Advisor) registered with the CFTC and has covered energy markets for Bloomberg,
Gas Daily, Reuters, McGraw Hill and others. As a former geologist and petroleum
industry financial analyst he is experienced in dealing with a wide range of
energy issues and events. His industry experience ranges from price forecasting
to evaluation of the East Texas Gas Plant at Carthage, Texas and the Brady Gas
Plant in Wyoming to managing drilling projects in the Rocky Mountains for Union
Pacific, Tesoro, and Louisiana Land and Exploration. After leaving a career in
the petroleum industry, Bill embarked on the development of systems trading
strategies for application to the futures markets. As an account executive with
Stotler & Co. he developed and traded his systems resulting in double digit
returns in the United States Trading Championship in 1989 and the United States
Investing Championship in 1990. |
